The Xaalh tour held its third rally at the EcoTrust Building in Portland where locals around the area attended to witness and bless the totem.

Speakers included Kai McMurtry, Rabbi Benjamin Barnett (Havurah Shalom), Madeline Cowen (Cascadia Wildlands), Tim Ingalsbee (FUSEE) and Mask recipient, Angela Sondenna (Natural Resources Director, The Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians).
